How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The village of Valpromaro lies on the road which is connecting Lucca with the beautiful beaches of the Versilia coast. At this coast you will discover the famous shopping mile and the mondaine clubs. Casa Patrice is situated in a ideal area where you may have a walk or go by bike. Try the typical Tuscan specialities in one of the restaurants in the near surroundings. It is a beautiful rustic country house which has been restored with great care to retain all its character and charm. It is surrounded by a vast lawned ground and a wood – a dream of a holiday home. Around the house there are different outside areas with table, chairs, swimming pool with pool furniture.
Entrance from behind the house (ground level) into the living room with sofa, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave. Exit onto a patio equipped with table and chairs to dine "al fresco", 1 master bedroom which has a private bathroom with shower, bidet, wc, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, bidet, wc. Mosquito bars on the bedroom windows. Beamed ceilings, antique terracotta tiled floors. The interior furnishings are first class with the accent on style. DVD player.
The floor underneath remains closed. Beautiful swimming pool 6 x 12 m / 220 cm deep. Parking within the grounds.
