How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This beautiful and well-cared holiday home is located in sunny position on the hills close to Camaiore, where you will be able to find all the basic services like supermarket, restaurant, post-office, bank, hair-stylist, bar etc. The holiday home is attached on one side to another side which is not inhabited. The owners live in the basement: they are very discreet and at the same time available to help you in case you need assistance. Upon request, the owner may take you on guided mountain bike tours while his wife is happy to be your “personal shopper” or to cook local specialties and pizza for you.
Relax outside on the charming veranda or spend one day at the seaside on the long white sandy beaches of Viareggio. Alternatively, you can discover the famous Tuscan art cities of Lucca, Pisa, Florence or Siena which are all within driving distance form the house. If you need a bit of cooling-down in the hot Summer days, you have a beautiful swimming pool available (6x4m, depth: 1.30m, outside of the earth) with wooden platform, external shower and steps to the parking lot.
11 steps lead to the veranda which is equipped with table, chairs, masonry barbecue and has a washing machine. Entrance in the living-dining room with 1 sofa, SAT-Tv (flat screen), 1 arm-chair, DVD player, stereo, dining table. The kitchen is divided from the dining room by means of a sliding door and is equipped with stove with 5 flames, electric oven, fridge-freezer, two sinks, microwave, American coffee machine. 1 bathroom with shower (sliding door), wc and bidet.
An internal staircase leads to the basement, where the door stays closed, and from here to 1st floor. Here there are: 1 twin bedroom with closet, 1 double bedroom with chest of drawers and closet, 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi, wc and bidet.
All the windows have mosquito nets. The house has also Wifi Internet connection. The walls of the bedrooms are in pastel colours and the floors are parquet tiled. The owners have worked hard for restoring the house thus creating a charming ambiance. You will fall in love with this house.
