How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Are you craving for a romantic break in lovely Tuscany? Then Casetta Othilia is the right choice for you. This attractive holiday home lies secluded on the hills above Camaiore, at the border of a little wood and will suit perfectly those who are fond of nature.
After that your car has been parked in the parking lot of this tiny hamlet, you may reach the house on foot ( about 800 mt). The owners will help you out with the transportation of your luggage. The scenic view which you will enjoy from the last part of the path (slightly steep) makes it really worth the while to walk this little distance.
The house has a well-cared garden with fruit trees and a pool (out of the earth: 4,20 m diameter, 1,30 m depth) with sun-umbrella and deck chairs where you may enjoy refreshing baths. The garden is almost entirely enclosed and, therefore, suitable for your pets.
You may expect lovely breakfasts outside in the beautiful veranda equipped with table, chairs and barbecue along with relaxing days on the nearby beaches of the Versilia coast. At the end of the day you may sip good local wine while admiring the sunset from your garden. At night you may want to view one of the famous operas by Puccini in the new open air theatre at Torre del Lago. You should not miss the charming city of Lucca and the other famous Tuscan towns like Florence and Pisa.
Entrance on the ground floor through a covered patio: kitchen/living room with fire-place, SAT-TV, sofa, dining table, kitchen corner with fridge, stove with 2 plates, small electric oven, 1 double bed (French size 140 cm) with exit door onto the garden, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and basin.
The owners have restored the house with great enthusiasm and have preserved original materials like the stones in the floors. You will notice straight away several details which make the house so special.
