How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This modern villa is located 4,5 Km from the city centre of Lucca within a residential district. A portion of the villa has been converted into a cosy holiday home.
Guests will have the possibility of taking beautiful walks or bike rides in the surrounding countryside (6 bikes available for the guests’ use), they will also have the chance of visiting the wonderful historical villas nearby such as Villa Mansi, Villa Reale and Villa Oliva.
Shops, restaurants and sport facilities are within easy reach from the villa (1km).
Upon request the owners organize for their guests horse riding lessons and guided mountain bike tours.
The house has a beautiful fenced garden (600 smq) and a patio equipped with table, chairs, sun lounges and barbecue. In front of the house there is a nice olive groove.
Internet access and fitness tools available.
The holiday home comprises: on ground floor entrance hall, utility room with washing machine, fitness room with tools, 2 bathrooms with shower, wc/bidet. On the I floor: living room with 1 single and 1 French-size sofa beds, SAT TV, DVD Player, stereo, exit onto a balcony, kitchen with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, big windows with views onto the hills, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 2 double beds (one of which with exit onto a balcony), 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet.
The house has modern furnishings and pastel coloured walls.
