Leave the car parked at home and explore the tiny hamlets of San Gennaro and Collodi on foot. Or, alternatively, drive along the famous wine road in search of characteristic farms where you may taste local products and buy wine. And, then, off again to explore other popular destinations such as Montecarlo.

If, instead, your plans are to chill out leisurely in the sun by a good book or simply to indulge in the dolce far niente life style, you will be happy to enjoy the beautiful in-ground pool, located 100m underneath the house, which stands in panoramic position surrounded by an olive grove (sized 5 x 12m/ depth 1,20 – 2,20m). The pool is illuminated and equipped with sun-lounges and sun-umbrella.

The 3000 sqm. extensive lands with plants and olive trees are the ideal background for walks in the quiet while admiring a scenic landscape. Perhaps, after a nice dinner underneath the veranda fully equipped with table, chairs, fridge, gas hob and barbecue. Or after a tennis table match.
