How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Lucca is one of the few towns which maintained its town walls intact. These walls are surrounding the historic centre with its many churches, towers, palaces, museums, old fashioned boutiques and characteristics lanes. It is forbidden since a long time to drive by car on the wall therefore it is really a beautiful and fantastic stroll. From the walls you have magnificent views onto the architectonical beauties of the town and the smooth surrounding hills.
The apartment is very bright, comfortable and has wonderful views onto the town walls. It is an ideal spot for guests who want to enjoy the atmosphere of a small Italian town and to visit the near art towns such as Florence, Siena and Pisa. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia are also within an easy reach.
Sarah lies on the 1st floor, access within a narrow balcony which goes along the house: living room with couch, TV, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dining table, 1 spacious double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine. Well cared and modern furnishings.
