How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

A few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona, on the way up the slopes of the Montanina hill, at the top of which the ruins of an ancient castle can be seen through the vegetation, this typical farmhouse has recently been renovated while still maintaining its original, architectural features.
Around the house a wide fenced space of approximately 5.000 sqm with endless rows of natural terraces covered in age-old olive trees. On one of these terraces there is a nice 5x10 m swimming pool (depth 1,40 m), to be shared sometimes with the owner.
In front of the house a large paved area, equipped with table, chairs and barbecue, particularly suitable for eating outdoors. The simple but comfortable furnishings go well with the internal fittings of the house. Table tennis, volleyball court, shadowed car spot, satellite TV and washing machine at guests disposal.
GROUND FLOOR: Sitting/dining room with kitchenette and fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: washing-machine, Sat Tv, oven, hair dryer, toaster, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, table tennis, volleyball field, Wi-Fi Internet access.
