How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is an ancient country house, completely renovated and today used as fashinating holiday home. Set in the green, fertile Valdichiana that stretches west to the far off mountain of Monte Amiata and Cetona.
A stones throw from the house there is the charming, medieval town of Castiglion Fiorentino with period houses lining in its narrow lanes and Montecchio Castle, that still preserves an imposing tower and the boundary walls.
The house's proximity to the town and to a secondary train route (approx. 500 m. far) make it convenient to visit the cities of Rome and Florence by train, both of which are just over an hour away.
The old rustic threshing area around the house has been transformed into a well kept garden (around 1700 m2), equipped with table and chairs and with a beautiful 6 x 12m swimming pool (depth 1,40-2,20m) and some shaded parking spots.
The house is comfortably furnished with quality antiques. On the house side which overlooks the pool there is a changing room and a bathroom with shower. Only a few hundred meters far there is a supermarket reachable also on foot.
FIRST FLOOR: Accessible from a typical internal staircase and is made up of a living room/dining room with a large fireplace and a double sofa bed, kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, dish-washer, washing machine, TV, oven, high chair, iron.
