How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Ancient farmhouse situated a few stone's throw from the village of Castiglion Fiorentino which is endowed with all kind of shops and services and where, during the whole year, important historical, folk and art events take place.
The house owners live on ground floor and with their discreet presence will be a reliable reference point for any information or need. All around the house the agricultural organic farm where many products such as seasonal vegetables, good wine and extra virgin olive oil are produced and can be tasted and bought.
In the wide garden, at guests disposal, there are a wooden gazebo equipped with table and chairs to eat outside, a barbecue, a children playground, a five-a-side football field and the swimming pool (size m. 6x12, depth m. 1,20-2,20) which is sometimes used also by the owners.
From the garden you can admire the beautiful Castle of Montecchio, which preserves an intact circle of walls and a hill tower and dominates the house. Furnishing, simple and characteristic, make the house comfortable and cosy.
On request the owner will cook breakfast and typical Tuscan dinners.
First floor: with entrance either through internal or external staircase on pool side, living-dining room with kitchen corner, two double bedrooms one of them with added single bed, bedroom with French bed (size mt. 1,30), two bathrooms with shower.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, barbecue, small oven, children playground, freezer, moka coffee maker, lemon squeezer, tv.

Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Swimming towels available on request, included in the price.
