How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The holiday home is set on the smooth hills between Lucca and Montecatini, on an absolute idyllic spot with breathtaking views. The well cared garden and the beautiful swimming pool (set in earth, 8x6m, deep: 1.00-1.70m, trapezoidal form) will invite you to relax and to enjoy the Mediterranean life-style. The garden is equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs, sun-umbrella and barbeque for your dining al fresco.
The location is also very convenient to several day trip possibilities: the Pinocchio park and the hilltop village of Collodi are within small driving distance, the art towns Lucca, Pisa and Florence are for sure a visit worth. Or maybe you want to test your handicap on the golf court of Montecatini? Or even take a horseback ride in a local riding school?
Within a few steps access to the house: Living-dining room with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, filter coffee machine, dining table, fire-place, living-room with upholstered furniture, couch, Sat TV, stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washing machine, 1 twin bedroom with 1 fold-out bed, 1 double bedroom. Terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, well cared furnishings. Parking within the grounds. The owner speaks English and lives in the house opposite the holiday home (roughly 15m).
