How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The property is a typical stone house set on the hills amidst olive groves. The house lies at the border of the little village of Aquilea, which during the summer months hosts a folk festival with local specialities and music.
The beautiful, old city of Lucca is within easy reach from the house and the other Tuscan towns (such as Florence and Pisa) are all in driving distance or can be easily reached by bus or train.
Tulipano suits ideally those who wish to spend their holidays in the quiet of the countryside. The house has a completely fenced and well maintained garden with barbecue. The wonderful, in-ground pool (10 x 5m, deep: 1.40m) equipped with deckchairs will be ideal in hot summer months. Enjoy your evenings on the covered veranda furnished with a long table and chairs where you may taste local wines and try new recipes.
Entrance into living-dining-room with dining table, open kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, sink made of marble, breakfast bar, living room with fire-place, TV-SAT, 1 double sofa-bed, upholstered furniture, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 bedroom with 1 single bed settee with 1 additional extension bed, exit onto the garden, laundry room with washing machine and basin.
Stairs to the 1st floor: 1 bathroom with hydro-massage tub, wc, bidet, 1 bedroom with 1 four-poster, 1 double bedroom, from the floor exit onto a spacious terrace (18sqm, terracotta tiled floor) equipped with a table and chairs, stairs to the garden and path to the swimming pool. Covered veranda in front of the house with a big table and chairs. The furnishings are very tasteful, cheerful colours on the walls, terracotta tiled floors and beamed ceilings.
Possibility of an extra bed: 75,00 €/adult - 50,00 € / baby.
Parking within the property.
The owners will offer the guests a dinner with pizza cooked in the wood burning oven.
