How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Casa Nadina, an independent stone cottage, is located on one of the most beautiful hills of Lucca and lies only 12,5 km from the city of Lucca away.
Guests may enjoy here the full program – to sunbath in the garden, to find refreshment in the swimming pool (set in earth, 5 x 10m, deep: 1,50m), to taste local specialities on the covered veranda, to admire the magnificent views from the terrace in front of the house, to do groceries on foot or to have a walk to the restaurant. The wonderful greenery invites to do strolls or bicycle trips. Matraia owns a famous quarry where they produce a nice stone, so called “pietra di matraia”. Wine lovers will live a stroke of luck as the area is full of wineries. The sea and the nearby art cities such as Florence, Pisa, Siena etc. are within an easy reach. There are many therapeutic springs in the surroundings which also offer marvellous wellness oasis.
Entrance within a terrace (45 sqm) equipped with a table, chairs and sun-umbrella: living room with 1 double bed settee, 2 upholstered chairs, fire-place, TV-SAT, dvd-player, dining table, open kitchen with a table, chairs, dishwasher, stove, oven, electrical oven, fridge/freezer, toaster, filter coffee machine, winding staircase to the lower floor which can also be accessed externally within the swimming pool/garden area: 1 double bedroom with fire-place, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. From the kitchen stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom. Casa Nadina has also a covered outdoor area (30 sqm) equipped with chairs, table and barbeque and a swimming pool (set in earth 5x10m, deep: 1.50m). The house has well cared furnishings, terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings, partially visible stones in the walls and happily coloured walls. The parking lies 50 m from the house. There is an external room with a washing machine.
