How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Old estate owner's house at the foot of the hill on which the charming, artistic, town of Cortona sits, a historic and architectural jewel which is certainly worth a visit.
Until a few years ago the house was the heart of a large farm, however, recent restoration has transformed it into a charming holiday house.
The haybarns that sit close to the house are signs of its rural origins. Because of their separate entrance from the villa they are still used to store farm machinery and as a warehouse for the farm which is run by the owner.
In front of the house there is a pine wood equipped with garden furniture while at the back there is a large garden with a 6 x 12m swimming pool (depth 1,20-1,40m).
The comfortable furnishings in the house have been carefully chosen.
GROUND FLOOR: Kitchen with fireplace, large living/dining room with fireplace, armchairs and sofas, looking onto the swimming pool, double bedroom with an extra single bed, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Four double bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower. It is possible to add another bed to one of the bedrooms.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dish-washer, TV, high chair, barbecue, oven, freezer, italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker,toaster.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 10 per person with a minimum of Euro 100.
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
