How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This old stone farmhouse, available for our welcome guests, is part of a modern forestry and farmhouse holiday enterprise, immersed in the vegetation and peace of the Cortona hills on the border between Tuscany and Umbria, between ancient woods and enchanting valleys.
The owner lives in part of the house and with his discreet presence is available to provide any information needed.
In the large garden around the house there is a table tennis, table football, childrens' games, bowls, a fishing lake, a tennis court, two swimming pools, one 9x16 (depth1.40m) and the other for children (4x8m - depth 0.70m) all available for guests' use.
On one side of the house there is a large pergola equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue for eating outside. Laundry room and satellite TV.
GROUND FLOOR: large sitting-dining room with kitchenette, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: with access via external staircase with typical loggia, sitting room with fireplace and double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, sitting room with fireplace, bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads up to the attic where there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a single room, a bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: with access via internal staircase, sitting room with kitchenette, two twin bedrooms, one with an extra single bed, bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: SAT TV, oven, dish-washer, washing machine.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Tourist tax Euro 2 per person per day, applied for the first 4 days only. Children up to 12 years do not pay.
