How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is a detached rustico, situated underneath the picturesque village of Gerfalco, 700 m above sea level. The estate extends to over 2.5 ha. It is a very sunny location with stunning views on the mountains, specially on Pgia di Montieri (1059 m). The house has been refurbished and has 3 terraces. Beautiful rustic furnishings.
Ground floor: kitchen with hearth/oven, fridge, washing machine, bathroom with shower/wc, dining room with Swedish oven, living room with fireplace.
First floor: 2 twin bedrooms (one is a walkthrough room).
Spacious, covered terrace (4 m) in front of the house with a large granite table for dining "al fresco", roof terrace with barbecue and marble table.
Gerfalco: post/telephone, small shop, restaurant, Montieri (5 km): all amenities such as shops, post office, bank, restaurants, bar, horse riding, Beach: Follonica 35 km, Punta Ala 50 km (beautiful beaches with golf and sailing).
It is advisable, in spring season, to reach the house by SUV, because the road to the property is not asphalted and by rainy days it may be more difficult to get to the house. Animals admitted free of extra charge.
