How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This very nice, small villa has been carefully restored and it is situated in the green countryside around Lucca. The holiday house Flora is an apartment on the ground floor and the owner occasionally lives on the first floor. The house is surrounded by a delightful garden, completely fenced which offers tranquillity and relax. Carignano is an excellent location to visit the beautiful Versilia beaches or to make excursion to all parts of Tuscany.
It is comprising of : entrance in the living/dining room with a double bed settee, TV,Sat, kitchen with hearth, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, bidet/wc, boxroom.
In front of the house there is a patio area equipped with dining furniture and barbecue. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool (5x9m / 140 cm) which exceptionally is used by the owner.
The furnishing are modern and comfortable, convenient for a holiday house.
Parking within the ground. The owner runs a fitness center in the historic centre – guests may visit for free the centre during their stay.
