How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Casa Perceval is the final part of a stone house which was completely refurbished and divided into 4 units (the other units are inhabited by local people), independent entrance. The house is located on the countryside around Lucca only Km 10 from the city centre and 25 Km from Pisa. This is the ideal choice for families who need a cosy and convenient base to explore the famous Tuscan towns, to access easily the beaches (40 Km), to go hiking on the countryside or just to have a rest into the private garden of the house.
The garden (500 sqm) is located at roughly 5 m from the house (it is reached by means of a dead end road), fully equipped with sun umbrella, table and chairs, sun lounges, barbecue and a swimming pool, partly set in the earth (octagonal shape 4,60 m diameter – depth 1,30 m).
The house has been furnished with great care by the owners. The main features of the interiors are large windows, stone walls and modern furnishings which create a very cosy atmosphere.
The house comprises of: ground floor: spacious living room with sofa + 1double sofa bed, dining table, big kitchen corner with central island with stove (5 flames), oven, microwave, big fridge/freezer, dish washer, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing machine and dryer.
Iron staircase leading to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with 1 shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with large window, 1 bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi, wc, bidet. Extra bed available upon request.
The house has all amenities: mosquito nets, two portable air-conditioner, baby-bed, playpan and SAT TV.
