How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Part of an old farmhouse set on a hill overlooking the charming medieval village of Rigomagno and a large part of the Chiana Valley. In this area the hills are mostly covered with the silver-green foliage of olive trees, interspersed now and then with a small vineyard or lush oak woods.
Old, beautifully placed cottages emerge from the vegetation adding the last touch to this natural landscape of rare beauty. The house is at the edge of a large, carefully tended olive grove that gently descends the natural terraces towards the woody gully below.
A few steps from the house among silver olives, the completely fenced and for the exclusive use of the guests pool (size mt. 5x10 - depth mt. 1,10-1,50). In front of the house there is a large courtyard equipped with table, chairs, sun beds, table tennis, barbecue and shadowed car spot.
The furnishing cured and comfortable and the many facilities (satellite TV, oven, microwave, toaster, mixer, mosquito nets, DVD player, hi-fi with CD player, filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine) make the house an ideal place for a warm vacation in Tuscany.
Possibility to taste and buy extra virgin olive oil own product of the owners.
GROUND FLOOR: Tavern with fireplace and kitchenette. From the courtyard, partly covered by a gazebo, going down a few steps one accesses a twin bedroom with a bathroom with shower, study with double sofa bed. Laundry room with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: access via external staircase with typical loggia, sitting-dining room with fireplace and kitchenette, two double bedrooms one of which is also accessible from outside, small bathroom with shower.
EQUIPMENT: freezer, SAT TV, oven (2), fly screens, DVD player, CD player, filter coffee maker, iron and iron board, hairdryer, barbecue, washing machine, microwave, mixer, toaster, table tennis.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired on site on payment of Euro 3 each.
