How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Typical old Tuscan farmhouse set at the foot of the hills separating the fertile Val di Chiana from the dense woods and hills leading to Lignano and Sant’ Egidio from Castiglion Fiorentino.
Careful restoration has kept the orginal character whilst turning the house into an ideal holiday home. In front of the house is a garden, equipped with gazebo, outdoor furniture children’s games, tennis table, barbecue and a 6x12 meter swimming pool (depth 2,50 m).
Next to the house there is a restaurant where you will enjoy to taste typical local dishes.
FIRST FLOOR: Entrance by an external stone staircase and loggia. Sitting/dining room and kitchenette, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, sitting room with double sofa bed, two bathrooms with bathtub. An easy wooden staircase goes up to a tower where there are two single beds.
EQUIPMENT: oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, toaster, fans, mosquito nets.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Sheets and towels are not included in the prices. If ordered in advance they can be hired on payment of Euro 12 per person per change.
Guests have to clean the house briefly paying particular attention to the kitchen. If not the owner is authorized to with-hold Euro 10,00 per person from the breakage deposit.
