How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This ancient olive oil mill, which still preserves its external aspect, has been carefully restored and stands near the lovely medieval village.
Quiet and panoramic position overlooking one of the most attractive and vast landscapes of Tuscany, with views to the “Crete Senesi” and Siena. In the neighbourhood, woods of chestnut and holm-oak trees.
The house is furnished with antique furniture and has been restored by using period materials such as bricks and wood. A stone table placed in the small terrace near the entrance is the ideal place for outdoor lunches and breakfast.
Those who like lying in the sun, reading, listening to music, seeing children play will find a beautiful private garden (1000 sqm), approx. 70 m away on foot, with terrace and panoramic view, equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas.
The nearness of Siena (about 30 km) and Arezzo (about 30 km) allows interesting cultural visits. Monte San Savino (about 10 km) offers restaurants, bar, shops, supermarkets and a nice market each Wednesday morning.
GROUND FLOOR: going down 3 steps we get access to the living-dining room with kitchenette and an ancient stone fireplace, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bedroom with single bed, bathroom with bath and shower, and toilet with lavabo and bidet.
EQUIPMENT: TV, washing machine, oven, iron and ironing board, moka coffee maker, lemon-squeezer, toaster, kettle, barbecue.
Please note:
Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 10 per person with a minimum of Euro 40.
