How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The property is located on the gentle hills of Sant’Andrea in Caprile, one of the most popular areas in the surroundings of Lucca thanks to a characteristic landscape of olive grooves, vineyards and cypresses.
The holiday home has breathtaking views onto the underneath valley and is the ideal choice for those who love quietness and wish to spend their holidays outdoors. This is a wonderful cottage, completely renovated with great care by the owners and divided into 3 holiday homes. Each holiday home is furnished in rustic style and has a private outdoor area equipped with tables and chairs.
The cottage is surrounded by a wide and spacious garden with a variety of flowers and plants. Moreover, in the property there is a beautiful swimming pool set in earth (10 x 5m, deep: 1.60,2.60m) surrounded by olive groves, which is used in common by the guests of all the three holiday homes.
The surroundings of the cottage offer lots of day trips possibility: the historic villas and the magnificent hamlets of Collodi and Montecarlo, Lucca with its old city wall is reached within 20 minutes by car and all the other Tuscan cities are easily reached by highway as well.
Last but not least, the coast and the famous seaside resort Viareggio with its beautiful boulevard are within 40 minutes. Guests will find in their holiday homes plenty of information with precious tips.
Entrance: cosy living room with fireplace, table with chairs and armchairs, SAT TV. Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment, dishwasher, espresso coffee machine and kettle. Access to the 1st floor within a wooden stair: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom which may also become a double bedroom on request. 1 bathroom with shower, WC/bidet.
The holiday home disposes of a beautiful terrace where the guests will find a table and chairs for dining al fresco and besides deckchairs and a sun umbrella to sunbathe after a relaxing bath in the swimming pool. Washing machine in common use with the guests of the other holiday abitations. Parking next to the house.
