How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Viareggio is one of the oldest and most popular seaside resorts in Italy. The first beach clubs (private beaches where you may rent umbrellas and deckchairs for the day) were built in 1822 during the governance of Paolina Buonaparte, Napoleon’s sister. Today Viareggio is a modern holiday resort with many shops, restaurants, tourist attractions and over 100 private and fully equipped beaches.
The long, sandy beaches of Viareggio with their regular sea-beds are ideal for families with children but will provide chances for anyone else to chill out and have fun.
You may choose among a wide range of activities: a bike ride amidst the pine wood (pineta di Ponente) where you will find playgrounds for children and sandwich bars, drinking a cocktail at one of the many bars of the boulevard and spending the night in one of the many pubs, discos and clubs along the coast..
Those who are keen on art and culture should not miss a trip to the nearby Tuscan towns such as Lucca, Pisa and Firenze which are within easy reach by car and provide a nice one-day trip possibility.
The apartment Rosalie is within easy reach from the town centre and the nearest private beach is only within 150 m.
Near the apartment and close a small channel there is a free beach.
By means of 11 steps access to the ground floor: living room with sofa-bed and arm-chairs, TV, dining table, exit door onto the balcony fully equipped with sun-umbrella, table and chairs for dining al fresco.
Kitchen with stove (4 plates), electric oven, fridge/freezer, table and chairs, washing machine, exit door onto a small balcony with basin, small utility room, 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom, stero/cd player, 1 double bedroom with mosquito nets.
Marble floor in the living room.
The apartment is comfortable and bright.
