How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The apartment is located in the historical centre of Lucca in a very quiet area, away from the shops and the commercial activities of the main streets.
An ideal spot for those who are looking to have privacy and relax without having to move away from the centre. Being within short distance from one of the city gates, the apartment also allows easy and quick access to the public parking lots outside of the centre and, above all, to the beautiful city walls of Lucca. Guests will have the chance to take beautiful walks on the walls which offer lovely views on the monuments of the centre and on the surroundings of Lucca with hills in the distance.
The apartment has been recently refurbished by the owners with great care and attention to details. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a small, lovely courtyard (8mq) equipped with a table, chairs, small stove for dining al fresco and, thus, getting the most out of the long Summer days.
Entrance into a living area divided into: a kitchen area with stove/oven, fridge/freezer, dish-washer, toaster, American coffee machine, dining table with chairs, sofa, fireplace, TV with DVD player. 1 double bedroom with spacious closet, chest of drawers and TV. 1 bathroom with basin, wc and shower. 1 double bedroom with French sized bed-settee (1,40 cm) and a door with direct exit onto the courtyard.
The furnishings are tasteful and well-cared. Terracotta- tiled floor, beamed ceilings and walls with visible stones.
