How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Villa Mirto lies only 8 km from the city of Lucca in a residential area, close to the "strada del vino" and the village of Marlia. This spacious villa has been converted into a cosy holiday home. It is an ideal choice for families or groups.
You may laze in the 1800 sqm totally fenced garden – there is a gazebo with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco, deckchairs, sun-umbrella, external kitchen with stove, fridge, wood burning oven and barbeque. There is also a private swimming pool (set in earth 8x4m, deep: 1.40-1.78m) and external shower at the guests' full disposal. Guests may organize strolls in the surroundings hills on foot or by bicycle. Shops and restaurant (1 km), horse back riding (500 m) and tennis court (100 m) are located in the immediate surroundings. The art cities of Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa or Siena are within an easy reach.
Entrance on the ground floor: small living room with couch, piano, dining room with couch, SAT TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, utility room with sink, washing machine, hydro massage shower, exercise bike, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 2 double bedrooms (in one the beds can be divided and has TV). Stairs to the
1st floor (in the middle of the stairs exit onto an external stairway leading to the garden): 1 double bedroom,2 twin bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub/shower, wc, bidet, 2nd kitchen with stove, oven, fridge with small freezer compartment, dining room with single bed settee, with exit onto a spacious balcony, living room with 1 double bed settee, couch, piano. The furnishings are well cared and convenient for holidays. Parking within the grounds.
Upon request it is possible to have 3 extra beds in separate rooms, 1 double sofa-bed in the living room on the 1st floor and 1 single bed-settee within the dining room on the 1st floor (upon charge: 75.00 Euro/week for the adult and 50.00 Euro/week for the children.
Close to the swimming pool there is a outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with wc and shower.
In the months of May, June and October 50% DISCOUNT on the weekly rental price for booking of max. 4 people (just 1 half of the house being available).
