Though located in a lovely spot amidst the countryside, this apartment has also a convenient and quick access to nearby Lucca with its shops and restaurants. The tiny village of San Cerbone lies along the road which connects Lucca to Pisa and is popular for its old monastery located on top of a hill with wonderful views of Lucca and its surroundings.

While having a car will be necessary for exploring nearby Lucca, Pisa and the other famous Tuscan art cities, we also suggest you to explore the hills where you will find trails for hiking and biking or lovely little villages like San Lorenzo a Vaccoli and Santa Maria del Giudice. You should also not miss a visit to the famous “Passo di Dante”, a panoramic spot which offers fabulous views onto Pisa.

This holiday home with its extensive lands (about 1 hectare) covered by olive trees, a fabulous in-ground, illuminated pool (size 19 x 8/ depth 1,10m – 2,20m) equipped with sun-lounges, sun-umbrella, barbecue and external shower, its quiet and peaceful location will be just the perfect spot for your holidays.

A 5.000 sqm sized and completely fenced garden encloses the villa which was completely restored and divided into two rental units which share the use of the pool. Each apartment has its own entrance and a private outdoor area for dining al fresco. The property has also a utility room with washing machine, sink and iron for the communal use of both apartment.
Parking on the grounds. Upon request, there is the possibility of 4 additional beds on the ground-floor of the villa (to be paid on spot).

An arch divides the dining area from the living area: living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, 1 double sofa-bed, Sat- TV, fireplace (available for use), Wi-Fi Internet connection. Kitchen with stove (4 burners), fridge/freezer, dish-washer. From the living room exit onto a terrace equipped with table and chairs for dining outside. The furnishings are comfortable and functional. Terracotta tiled-floors.
