How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

It is a charming, small stone cottage surrounded by a completely fenced big (1’300sqm) and well-cared garden. A big meadow, olive trees and a private swimming pool (set in earth, 5 x 10 m, deep: 120-150cm) and external shower are at the guests’ disposal.
This holiday home is located on the countryside of Lucca with magnificent views onto the surrounding green hills and the characteristic hamlet located on top of the hill called Castelvecchio Alto. This is the ideal spot for your holidays – only 14 km from Lucca, 30 km to the sea, bar, restaurant and small grocery shop within short walking distance. Behind the property (150 mt from the house) there is the road which leads Lucca to Pontedera.
Entrance into a small living room with 1 double bed settee, SAT-TV, arch made of stones leading to the living-cum-kitchen area comprising of dining table, big fire-place, stove (5 flames), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffeemaker, exit to get to the back of the house, external access to a laundry room with washing machine.
Stone stairs to the 1st floor: mezzanine with 1 single bed settee, 1 double bedroom with 1 four poster bed from here access onto a small balcony with 2 chairs, 1 bathroom with hydro-massage shower, wc, bidet. Terracotta tiled floors on the ground floor, parquet floors on the 1st floor, alarm system, safe and mosquito bars are accessories of this cottage. There is an outdoor area covered with a pergola equipped with deckchairs, barbeque, table and chairs for your dining al fresco. Parking within the grounds.
Upon request 1 double sofa-bed for 2 extra people is available in the kitchen upon payment of an extra fee on spot.
