How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This stone cottage is situated in the hills between Lucca and the sea, on a quiet and sunny spot. This part of the house has completely been restored with great care. The holiday home disposes of a spacious garden (about 7’000 sqm – set in terraces), a wonderful swimming pool (set in earth 4x8 m, deep: 1.30m with mosaic floor) and an outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs for your dining al fresco. The guests will also have a barbecue, sun umbrella and sun lounges available in the garden.
Entrance on the ground floor: dining room with fire-place, kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, stairs to the 1st floor. 1 double bedroom. The living room is located on the ground floor and has 1 double bed settee, SAT-TV. There are other stairs to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Casa Odile is tastefully furnished, in country style with antique pieces of furniture, colourful walls, beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and the bathroom with travertine tiled floors. Two of the bedrooms have air-conditioning.
Covered parking close to the house, external utility room with washing machine. The house is built on one side to the house of the owner. The owners have built a small golf court, about 600 m from Casa Odile(close to Casa Poème– same owner) which extends on 4 hectares. The court has a pond, club house, covered exercising square. The golf clubs can be rented. There is a special price arrangement for guests.
