How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Typical independent cottage that has been completely and carefully restored, 9 km away from Castelnuovo Garfagnana in a wonderful position, 700 m above sea level with an amazing view on the Apuan Alps.
The house disposes of a big terraced garden (about 4000 sqm) with fruit trees and olive trees and of a private swimming pool set in earth and fenced (9,15 m x 4,57 m – 1,20 m deep)
The house consists of: ground floor living room with sofa, satellite TV, DVD and VHS, utility room with washing machine, wooden staircase to the 1st floor (since it is a terraced garden this is a ground floor), built in kitchen with stove (5 burning fires) / 2 ovens, dishwasher, fireplace, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, exit onto a terrace equipped with table and chairs to dine al fresco, 1 bathroom with shower, wc/bidet, 1 twin bedroom. On the 2nd floor (since it is a terraced garden this is a 1st floor) : 2 double bedrooms.
External utility bathroom with wc, shower and sink. Outdoor area equipped with table, chairs, deckchairs, barbecue, wood oven, parking near the house.
The house has been restored with great care, by using some of the original materials and maintaining some walls in stone, the staircase partially made of wood, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors. The furnishings all date back to the 19th century.
