How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

“Casa Neptune” is a stone house (attached on one side to another house and free on the other sides) finely restored and converted into a holiday home. It is located on the hills between Lucca (10 Km) and Pisa (25 Km), at the borders of the small village of San Ginese.
This house is a convenient base for touring the famous Tuscan art cities (such as Florence which is easily reached in a 40 min. drive), to reach the coast (the beach is 30 min. by car), to walk in the countryside and it disposes of a beautiful garden for those who like to stay outdoors. There is a wooden pool, set on the ground, diameter 5m, depth 1,20m within the sqm 800 sized completely fenced garden which is exclusively for the guests use and equipped with sun-lounges, table, chairs and barbeque.
The interiors consists of: access through a porch equipped with table and chairs, entrance in the living room furnished with 1 double sofa-bed, fire-place, SAT-TV, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Some steps lead to a characteristic kitchen/dining room with stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and exit on one side of the house where the guests have at their disposal a washing machine. 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc and bidet. From the 1st floor at the bottom of the corridor a spiral staircase leads to the 2nd floor: where you may find 1 French sized bed (140 cm) - without door, upon request an extra bed may be added into this room + 1 pouf for 1 person, desk and exit onto a 8 sqm sized terrace with sun-lounges and wonderful views onto the hills. The house is furnished in rustic style with beamed ceilings, terracotta tiled floors. The kitchen is in typical Tuscan style and the walls are painted in lively colours. The property is accessed via a small road which leads through a group of houses.
Casa Neptune lies at the end of the hamlet and has, thus, beautiful views on the hills. Within 500m from the house there is a bar, a small grocery and a restaurant where clients may taste typical Tuscan specialities. Parking within the property.
