The city of Lucca is located in the heart of Tuscany. The city disposes of an incomparable beauty and huge historical patrimony. Lucca is well known because of its intact town walls which have their origin back to the 15th and 17th century. The historical medieval town centre is rich of churches, towers and renaissance palazzi.

The surroundings are characterized by small villages, green hills and numerous historical villas, the later have impressive gardens and fountains. This nice area can be discovered on foot or by bicycle, visit the famous villas or have a stroll and admire the beautiful landscapes, taste the local dishes in one of the trattorias along the paths.

This is a spacious villa, which lies about 5 km from the town centre. This property is the ideal choice for families travelling together or smaller groups of guests who enjoy the comfort of a big and independent holiday home. There is a spacious garden, completely fenced, of about 3’000 sqm at the guests’ disposal.

The garden is well-cared – there are many olive trees, a lot of plants and roses. Spend here some wonderful days, also thanks to the beautiful swimming pool (set in earth – rectangular, 9x5m, depth: 1.50m, completely fenced).

Within the garden and a covered outdoor area access to the entrance: ground floor: spacious living room with couches and upholstered furniture, small dining room with table and chairs, traditional country kitchen with electrical oven, stove (4 flames), fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 1 bathroom with wc, basin, spacious living-cum-dining with exit onto the garden.

Stairs to the 1st floor: ante-room, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub, separate shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with small tub/shower, wc, 1 double bedroom with 1 additional single bed (from this room access to a little studio, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with tub, separate shower, wc, bidet.

The house disposes of air-conditioning in the ante-room in front of the bedrooms and on the floor. La Pievana is very bright and cosy – furnished with antique pieces of furniture, terracotta tiled floors, mosquito bars at the windows. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbeque, tables and chairs for your dining al fresco.

Parking within the grounds, 1 parking space in the garage. Dogs are admitted. 1 set of linen and towels per person is included in the rental rate. Any extra set is upon payment (10,00 € per person/change).
