How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Casa Jacquiniella is a comfortable holiday home located in the south of Lucca, on the hills of the “Compitese” area. This landscape is beautiful and rich of woods, olive groves and natural springs.
Casa Jacquiniella is a characteristic stone cottage with red coloured doors and shutters. The owners have given the house their personal touch. The house is attached to another house but disposes of a separate entrance.
Entrance on the ground floor: kitchen with stone basin, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, SAT-TV, DVD, table with 2 wooden benches and big fire-place. Also on the ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower (cubicle), wc, bidet.
Staircase to the 1st floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 added single bed, cupboard and 2 windows with mosquito bars, 1 single bedroom (walkthrough room), 1 small bathroom with wc, bidet, shower. 2 steps lower: 1 single bedroom with a window with mosquito bar, 1 double bedroom (mosquito bar at the window) with exit onto the back of the house. The furnishings are held in country style, terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings which give Casa Jacquiniella a harmonic atmosphere.
There is an outdoor area in front of the house with table and chairs for your dining al fresco. The ground is set on different levels, 3 steps lower there is a small garden which is also equipped with table, chairs and barbeque, another few steps lower there is another garden from which you may reach the brook. This part of the garden is set amidst woods, donates a lot of shadow and is therefore an ideal place for hot summer days. Parking next to the house.
The region of the “Compitese” is a perfect spot for guests who want to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday. The surroundings of the house with its picturesque landscape offer many opportunities – to have a stroll or to explore the area by bicycle. Although, all restaurants, groceries, supermarkets, post office etc. can be reached within a few minutes by car. The historical centre of Lucca lies in 10 km distance and is an ideal base for day trips.
