How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This is a spacious property which belongs to a large farm (which comprises various buildings) and is located along the wine road amidst vineyards and olive groves. The property comprises a mansion (which may sleep up to 11 people) and a holiday home (which may sleep 5 people) completely independent from each other.
It has an external area equipped with a gazebo, sun lounges and a beautiful swimming pool completely set in the earth (12m x 6, deep. 1,5 m) and for the common use of the units. The pool lies 200m away from the house in a quiet, sunny position with splendid views onto the nearby hills. Guest will have the possibility of buying the excellent wines (Merlot) and olive oil produced within the farm.
The apartment is arranged as follows: access to the 1st floor by means of an external staircase: hall, kitchen/dining room with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, living room with sofa and arm-chairs, fireplace, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom.
The house is comfortable and has modern furnishings. All the windows have mosquito bars, external washing machine in common use.
The house has a private, outdoor area of roughly 25 sqm. equipped with table, chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue and sun lounges.
Parking close to the house.
