How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Lovely villa surrounded by olive groves and situated on a panoramic position on the Cortona hills, on the borders between Tuscany and Umbria.
The town of Cortona is approx. 6 km away and it is worldwide famous also for its Etruscan origins of which you could nowadays see the massive walls and many old remains around in the valley.
The small village of Pergo with bar, small supermarket and pizzeria is reachable with a short walk. There is a completely fenced garden, shaded by tall trees, a walk-in swimming pool (with Roman steps access dim. 6x12 - m depth 1.00 - 2.20 m.), a barbecue and a children playground, everything for the exclusive use of the guests.
The villa has a nice porch with table and chairs ideal to eat outside admiring the beautiful landscape of the Tuscan hills. The good quality furniture and the wide equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, internet access etc.) guarantee a comfortable vacation.
The villa also has fine finishes such as wooden beams and terracotta floors. The location is ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday, but at the same time it provides easy access to visit Tuscany and Umbria. Lake Trasimeno with its beaches and small villages is approx. 15 km away.
Possibility of having lunches, dinners and transfers on request.
GROUND FLOOR: from the porch, equipped with table and chairs, we enter a large living-dining room with sofas and fireplace, kitchen, twin bedroom (it is possible to make a double), bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR : with access via wooden staircase, two double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom with shower, twin bedroom (it is possible to make a double ), bathroom with bathtub. Possibility of adding two single beds in the bedrooms on the first floor.
EQUIPMENT: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer, oven, moka coffee maker, filter coffee maker, lemon squeezer, iron and ironing board, wi-fi internet access, high chair, stereo, TV, fans.

Swimming towels available on request included in the price.
