With its countless works of art, museums, churches and monuments, it is only 3 km away from the villa and is endowed with every kind of service, shopping stores, supermarkets and typical Tuscan restaurants.

This villa has at disposal a large park of approximately 3 acres completely fenced and shaded by tall trees, a stunning, panoramic pool (size m. 7x14 - depth from 1.20 to 2.60 m . with salt depuration) overlooking the valley below and the city, three verandas for dining and relaxing outside, children playground and a spacious terrace with tennis table.

The high quality furniture and luxurious equipment of the villa will guarantee a relaxing and memorable vacation. The villa following the morphology of the land is set on several levels.
