How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The beautiful villa is the result of the careful and expert restoration of an old villa and the nearby farmhouse. The two buildings can house a large number of people offering them welcoming and comfortable accomodation.
This villa is set amongst vineyards and olive groves in a peaceful and panoramic position in the heart of the Valdichiana. Its proximity to old medieval villages steeped in history, with shops and services of all kinds, make it the ideal place for those who wish to visit the most beautiful and exclusive areas of Tuscany.
The two houses are surrounded by a large garden, shaded by tall trees, always perfectly kept and full of flowers at all times of year. Behind the house, at kitchen level on the ground floor, there is a large paved area with a gazebo equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The beautiful swimming pool (7x14m, depth 1,20-2,50m) is set to one side of the large garden overlooking the surrounding valley offering our guests unforgettable views. The houses have been furnished with great attention to detail and comfort. Satellite TV.
GROUND FLOOR: kitchen, large sitting-dining room, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower. FIRST FLOOR: (at garden level) sitting room facing out onto portico, with double sofa bed, double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
SECOND FLOOR: accessible via both internal and external staircases, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower and twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.
GROUND FLOOR: large sitting room with fireplace divided by characteristic brick arches, kitchen-dining room with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and large double bedroom with dressing room and ensuite bathroom with shower.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: microwave, freezer, highchair, dishwasher, washing machine, Satellite TV, oven (2), iron, air conditioning in the bedrooms, Internet connection.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: swimming pool, table tennis, table, chairs, barbecue.
