How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This villa lies on the slopes of one of the hills which face the Sienese Valdichiana and gently descend towards the valley.
This beautiful house, carefully restored, is set in a panoramic and quiet position, very close to Lucignano, a village in Southern Tuscany which represents one of the most extraordinary examples of medieval town-planning.
Its fortunate geographic setting in a dominant position in the Valdichiana between Siena and Arezzo has made it strategically important through the centuries.
It was a medieval castle fiercely contested by surrounding territories. This beautiful villa is immersed in typical Tuscan countryside amongst cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods. All around it there is a large outside space with garden furniture and barbecue.
Behind the house, in a sunny and panoramic position there is a 6 x 12 m. pool (depth 0,90-1,60 m.), for the exclusive use of clients. Close by the villa with independent entrance is the owner’s house, who is completely at guests’ disposal, should they require any assistance during their stay.
The furnishings are comfortable and of good standard.
GROUND FLOOR: Large portico furnished with tables and chairs suitable for outdoor dining, kitchen/dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and large sitting/dining room with fire place and double sofa bed.
From the living room there is the access to the wide terrace in front of the pool. FIRST FLOOR: two double bedrooms, twin bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath, wc.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron and iron board, toaster, microwave, TV, filter coffee maker.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT : swimming pool, table, chairs, barbecue, SAT TV, table-football.

Obligatory extra cost "else" = booking fee
If ordered in advance swimming towels can be hired.
