How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Located on the hills between Lucca and Montecatini and surrounded by wine yards and olive groves, this beautiful stone rustico was restored by maintaining its original character. It has extensive lands (10.000 sqm.) and a beautiful swimming pool (prefabricated, partly set in earth: 8,40 x 4,90m, deep: 1.20m) set within the natural terraces of the olive groove.
The whole area around the pool is completely fenced for the safety of your children and equipped with shower, table, chairs, deck-chairs, sun beds and beach umbrellas. A long table and comfortable chairs provide a area for “al fresco” dining next to the house.
The beautiful countryside with its warm colours and wonderful views will provide several possibilities for pleasant walks and will allow the guests to discover many lovely and tiny villages rich of history and traditions. Besides, those who are keen on culture and art will be happy to tour the nearby art towns such as Siena, Florence, Arezzo, Pisa and Lucca. Possibility of buying local wine.
Ground floor: completely equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, dining table, living room with 1 double bed settee, SAT-TV, DVD, (this room may also be converted into a bedroom), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with whirlpool - shower, wc, bidet, independent area with washing machine.
1st floor: 1 twin bedroom (the beds may become a double bed) with shower, wc, bidet. In this bedroom it is possible to add 1 extra single bed (75,00 € per week). 1 double bedroom with 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet. Well-cared furnishings.
Internet connection through mobile stick available.
Each bedroom has TV-Sat and fan.
2 baby-beds (0-3 years) is available.
Parking within the property. The owner lives next to the holiday house (roughly 30 m).
The property is available also with a price for 4 people: in this case the 1st floor will remain closed.
