How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Characteristic end-of-last-century farm estate with the farmer's cottage close to the owner's villa. eight apartments and eight bedrooms have been made by careful restoration of part of the complex.
In a lovely position near Magliano in Toscana with views over the Maremma coast and the blue sea beyond. Magliano in Toscana is a medieval stronghold with fortified walls and ancient gateways leading to the old town.
The beaches of Talamone and Feniglia are within easy reach by car and just a little way from there is the exclusive Argentario promontory with its famous hotels, beaches and ports. From Port Santo Stefano, on the Argentario peninsular, ferries leave regularly for the island of Giglio.
The estate has a 10 x 5 mt, deep 1,40 mt swimming pool, gazebo with gymnastic equipment, tennis court ( synthetic grass court ), a grassy play area for children, bicycles, table tennis and a small restaurant (open only in the summertime) for the exclusive use of guests where you could taste delicious local dishes.
First floor apartments in the farmer's cottage reached by an external stone staircase. Sitting/dining room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, twin bedroom, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
There is a sitting room for use by all four apartments in the building, with fireplace and chairs leading out to a terrace with lovely views.
EQUIPMENT: TV, iron, freezer, ceiling fans.
