How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Enormous farmhouse in brick and stone situated on a hilltop. The nearby village of Foiano is one of the most important centres in Valdichiana, with shops and services of all types and innumerable cultural and folk festivals, which make the area an enjoyable holiday destination.
Because of the large number of beds available and the large communal spaces, both inside and outside, the house is suitable for large families or groups of friends who want to spend a holiday together in absolute freedom.
The garden that surrounds the house is completely fenced off, shaded by tall plants and equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue. The beautiful 6 x 12 m swimmimg pool, built in a sunny, panoramic position, provides an excellent, fun way to keep cool during the hot summer days. Furnishing in the house is simple but comfortable.
GROUND FLOOR: entrance hall, billard room, five double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms with shower and two with an extra single bed, two bathrooms with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: large living/dining room with fireplace, kitchen, four double bedrooms one of which with ensuite bathroom with shower, bathroom with bath, and bathroom with shower.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: Satellite TV, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, toaster, billiard table, table football, highchair.
