How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

The beautiful farmhouse composed of the main building and its annex is set on the top of a high hill facing the steep mountain ranges of Pratomagno. Surrounded by open meadows and cool woods, it is the ideal place for those looking for exciting excursions to rediscover nature which here, luckily, has remained pure and uncontaminated.
The house is only a few minutes away from Talla, the birthplace of the famous Medieval cantor Guido d'Arezzo, where one can visit the Music Museum dedicated to him. Thanks to good road conditions, in the valley which connects Arezzo to the green valley of the Casentino, in a short time it is possible to reach the historic centres, the many castles, antique parish churches and abbeys spread across the valley.
The road leading up to the house (about 3km) is not paved but is however easy to travel along with any type of car. There is a beautiful swimming pool 5x10m (depth 1,40-2,00m) in the large, partially fenced garden, equipped with tables, chairs and sun umbrellas, overlooking the valley below. The house has been tastefully furnished and has satellite television.
GROUND FLOOR: sitting room with fireplace, kitchen-dining room and bathroom with shower. Access to a double bedroom up a wooden staircase. Down a wooden staircase there are two double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Small room with double sofa bed through which access to other rooms. Due to the lay of the land the rooms are connected one to another by a few steps.
ANNEX: Small stone house composed of sitting-dining room with kitchenette, fireplace and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
INDOOR EQUIPMENT: freezer, washing machine, oven, filter coffee maker, iron and ironing board, fly screens, satellite TV.
OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT: Swimming pool, table, chairs, barbecue.
