How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

Relaxing or exciting holidays in Tuscany for the whole family or friends! This is an independent house with entirely fenced garden, ideal if you bring along your pet. The holiday home is located in an excellent position for outings to Florence, Siena, Pisa or the beach.
The area also offers a lot for all those who love sports: golf course in Montecatini, horse riding and tennis courts just nearby or simply bike tours. Let your day end by sipping a glass of wine in the garden. The garden is equipped with beach umbrella, sun beds, table, chairs and pizza,oven with grill.
Shops and restaurant are within walking distance. Lucca, of course, is well worth a visit with its unique walls, the small lanes, the elegant shops and the numerous cultural events (pop, jazz and classical music concerts).
Entrance on the ground floor: living room with couch, piano (untuned), tv, 1 bathroom with wc, washbasin, washing machine, kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, small electric oven, fireplace, dining table, access to the garden, stairs to 1st floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower (cabin), wc/bidet. Simple furniture suitable for a holiday home, terracotta tiled floors, parking within the property.
