How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.
How to pay

Appartamento Silena is a spacious apartment located in the city centre of Lucca within short distance from the main street “Via Fillungo”. The apartment looks down onto Piazza Santa Maria where the clients will find 2 bike rentals, the bus stop, a large parking lot, a restaurant and a café for their breakfast. From the square there is an easy and direct access onto the city wall, one of the main sights of Lucca. The apartment has a wonderful 42 sqm sized terrace with flowers and plants, equipped with a table, chairs and sun umbrella for dining al fresco. The terrace also has sun lunges and a swing seat.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and consists of: entrance hall with chairs and arm-chairs, bright and spacious living/dining room with sofa, chairs, dining table and windows looking down onto Piazza Santa Maria. Kitchen/dining room with stove, small electric oven, dish-washer, fridge/freezer, dining table with wooden bench and chairs, exit onto the terrace. A part of the terrace, conveniently divided from the rest, has a washing machine and a sink for the laundry.
The night area of the apartment comprises: 1 bathroom with bathtub, wc, bidet and basin. 1 single bedroom with exit onto the terrace, 1 twin bedroom and 1 spacious double bedroom with exit onto the terrace. The apartment has many windows and is therefore very bright. The furnishings are traditional but convenient and comfortable. The owners have decorated the apartment with paintings and hand-made ceramics.
