How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This characteristic and cosy “rustico” lies in the smooth hills of Valgiano which is an old hamlet. Thanks to the mostly mild climate it is an ideal area for wine and olive oil. Along the “road of wine” you will discover many farms which are selling directly the well known wines (“Colline Lucchesi”) and the world famous olive oil and you may taste them there. It is an ideal spot to have nice strolls in the surroundings, trips by bicycles or to visit the prestigious art towns of Tuscany. Do you want to relax, to sunbath or to try some local specialities in a wonderful restaurant of the area? There is a beautiful little garden (approx. 200 sqm) with meadow and trees, table and chairs, sun-umbrella and deckchairs, barbeque at the guests’ full disposal.
Swimming pool to share with two other holiday homes( 7 x 4m / 120cm deep).
Ground floor: spacious living room with high ceilings, couch and 1 double bed settee, dining table, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 3 steps lower: kitchen with stove, fridge/freezer, coffee-machine. From the living room a few steps higher: 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom from you which you have breathtaking views. Well cared furnishings with antique and modern furniture, cosy ambiance. Beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. Parking close to the holiday home
