How to book
1. Please make an inquiry on our website (exact indications concerning dates and number of persons are important). The rent can already be calculated on the website.
2. Important: Your inquiry is not binding!
3. Within 12 hours we verify the availability and send you a correspondent confirmation or an alternative offer. Then you can decide whether you want to book the requested accommodation.
4. In case you want to book, you have to pay the required advance payment within the indicated period (usually 3 working days). We accept bank transfer, PayPal and credit cards.
5. Once we receive your prepayment, we will send you a binding booking confirmation with the exact address of your accommodation and the contact details of your landlord.
6. The rest payment usually has to be paid upon arrival in cash to the landlord. Yet our booking confirmation will inform you in detail about this.
Important: If you don't pay the advance, your inquiry expires automatically. In this case there are absolutely no costs for you.

This lovely holiday home is nestled on the hills north of Lucca within the lands of a farm which produces aromatic herbs, and, thus, surrounded by wide, sweet smelling lavender meadows. The apartment has been upgraded with great care by the owners and converted into a cosy holiday home.
The property comprises a prestigious villa (inhabited by the owners) which sometimes hosts meetings and important events, a cottage which houses a Beauty Farm on the ground floor, the holiday home on the first floor (same level as the ground), and a swimming pool completely set in the earth (10m x 3 m, depth 1,10 m – 1,80 m) equipped with sun-lounge, cloakrooms and toilette.
This house suits ideally those who wish to spend a holiday in close contact with nature: guest will have the chance of hiking or walking in the surroundings of the house, relaxing leisurely on the poolside (only 50m from the house) or alternatively in the beauty farm and also of tasting local specialties in the characteristic “trattoria” which is within short distance from the house.
By means of external stairs on the back of the cottage access to the entrance of the apartment (which is located on the 1st floor, same level as the ground) which comprises: kitchen/living room with stove/oven, fridge, table, double sofa bed, SAT TV, from the kitchen exit door onto a spacious, 36 sqm sized terrace equipped with table and chairs and with wonderful views on the lovely lavender meadows. 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, 1 twin bedroom with exit door onto the back of the house, 1 bathroom with shower (with curtain), wc, bidet, washing machine.
Guests have at their disposal the garden oh the back of the cottage and the pool, which is sometimes used also by the owners. The house is furnished with care and in rustic style with terracotta tiled floors, beamed ceilings and windows with “mandolate”. Parking close to the house.
